Google has not only managed to capture our attention, it has effectively managed to make us erase work priorities completely. The doodles are cathartic, we have moved from being couch coaches to active participants and we are all for the Doodle Olympics!

Yesterday’s hurdle doodle thrust us into woes of frustration and elation till we crossed the finish line. We devised a trick to completing the game in the shortest time – Do not run into the hurdles and run really really fast! Today’s doodle is seemingly simpler than yesterday’s challenge; all you have to do is shoot some hoops, again, really really fast. The trick to scoring is to shoot, accurately, into the circular hoop. We all have been having a go at it and our best is 37 (or so one of us claims!). Send in your best score by commenting in the section below and we assure you that we will dedicate our day to try and break that score, if we can’t you will be announced as the Doodle Master.

If you want to make the games more competitive and more fun, here are some tips -:

1)      The Drunk Hoop - Try today’s basketball doodle like beer pong. Challenge your friend or an arch nemesis and every time any of you miss a hoop, take a shot of a spirit. The choice of spirit depends on the awesomeness of your workplace.

2)      One Blind Mouse – Since today’s doodle doesn’t require too much directional prowess, trying playing with a blindfold. It may not be too much fun for you but the people around you will surely have a laugh. We are all about spreading the happiness.

3)      Strip Hoop – This version of the game should be played, strictly, within the confines of your home, preferably, with people you know. So every time a person misses a shot, the person opposite him has to remove a piece of clothing. Alternatively, in the PG13 version of this game, you can replace the stripping with audacious dares.
