We've all gone missing, trying to look for a few moments of peaceful reverie. The best way to get it done, in our contemporary scenario, would be to plug-in earphones, press play and just float; until your jerked back to reality by the words: 'M
Never mind if that joke fell flat, probably you’re just a parent. If you’re not, we must tell you, now is the time “to walk a mile in someone else’s shoes”. That is what the Global event “Walk A Mile” has been inspired to do through a music concert that will be supported by the 2012 London Olympic Games.
The concert is going to stage acts like U2, Alanis Morissette and Peter Gabriel; in a venue that can accommodate around 100 guests. Yes; amongst the maestros of various musical genres, we have a representative. Mumbai’s World music and Downtempo master, Akshai Sarin, is going to stage an act that will surely be remembered. He will perform with a drummer, a percussionist and an “amazing” female vocalist, Tanya Reis from Brazil. Just a second; U2 and the others may just come up, during his set, to jam!
Don’t blame us, if you find us floating on this one.
