So, India has won the first of five ODIs and if they beat Sri Lanka to it, 0-5, they can take back their title of being the best ODI team. We were very proud, with the performance of Virat Kohli but the unexpected anti-climax that followed must be welcomed with criticism, unless you guys are fine with it.
As we all might have realized that today Bollywood is flourishing at the hands of a few; those include filmmakers such as Prabhu Deva, Rohit Shetty and Sajid Khan. The comedy films that the triumvirate has produced have been hits at the box office. In their dawn, they are adamant on bringing to screen all those stars that can pull in the crowds. However, we are not quite amused by this trend.
Recently, at an advertisement shoot in Bangkok; Prabhu Deva met the suave, new face of cricket, Virat Kohli, and now there is news of a film that may appear in ode to Kohli’s newfound talent for dancing. But, can that work? Bollywood has made attempts to enamour all under its umbrella but must Kohli walk the line; at least not for the sake of cricket.
