Who is your Student of The Year?

After putting his hand in his hat, the media was apprehensive of what he would pull out; putting an end to their anxiety, Karan Johar pulled out Siddharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan.
Now, the two have been getting the maximum footage all over television; popping up on every channel but more than getting us irritated, it always leaves us smiling. Doesn’t it?
Wait! Before you jump to any conclusions, let me explain.
These two actors, who are going to appear very soon in the film “Student of the Year”, certainly have got a big chunk of the fame cake but do you really think it’s going down their throats with ease? While they will be competing with each other on-screen, can there be a doubt about the same happening off-screen. Yet to dust that image off, Varun has been playing the part of a rather suave storyteller; as a newspaper quoted him saying that it is important for friends to fight, because without a fight no friendship is true.
Sure, no one said they aren’t friends. However, once you are thrown into the limelight, talent becomes the prerogative, it’s then that the family connections aren’t able to puppeteer the unpromising; only the best survive. With the stakes that high, you are sure to feel the competition brewing; besides, will the two hunks share the stage for very long after the film is out on the 19th of October?
While Karan Johar has been seen on many occasions with Siddharth, walking out of the restaurants, one wonders how he has depicted the two actors on-screen. Does he set the camera and let the boys fight amongst themselves for maximum footage or, are the shots carefully planned to allow one of the boys to pass off as a man?
Who do you think is going to steal the show?
