So, as Cyrus Broacha and VJ Jose spent a day for a campaign, the details of which are too important to be revealed even though the details are KICKASS (ahem), I was in for an enormous shock (I take work very seriously). Not only did the two VJs refrain from beating each other up or giving each other wedgies, but in fact, they showcased uninhibited love for each other. Err.. a bit TOO uninhibited…

 

It all started with the first shot, when there seemed to be some…. Umm… let's just call it ‘water'… on an area of Cyrus Broacha's pants that is capable of producing.. umm… ‘water'. The following is an explicit, uncensored conversation that took place between Cyrus and Jose:

 

Jose: Dude, there is something in your crotch area. Can I clean it?

Cyrus: Not in front of everyone, baba!

Jose: Please, Cyrus, please. I really, really want to clean it.

Cyrus: Such dirty things you talk about, chee.

Jose: But Cyrus it's distracting me! I won't be able to sleep at night if I don't clean it.

Cyrus: Okay, we'll go behind and do it.

Jose: *Happy*

 

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, there is a reason they call it ‘behind the scenes'. And there is a reason it STAYS behind it. 

 

Warning: X-Rated content ahead...

Cut to: Scene where Jose was hung with wires in front of a green screen (Didn't you hear? He's the next superhero - Dark Night Shyamalan). The only tiny issue here was that the wires were tied around an area below Jose's waist, and in between his hairy legs. And that made him very, very uncomfortable. Or so I thought. Read conversation between Jose and set assistant to understand more:

 

Jose: I had no idea you guys would take it literally when I said ‘balls to you all' at the last shoot. Assistant: Don't worry, we'll take care of your balls.

Jose: This is the worst day to not wear underwear.

Assitant: Wait I'll grope.. err.. adjust your pants for you.

Jose: No, no, I'll adjust it myself.. no, no, no.. wait..wait..  ahh.. ahhh.. aaahhh. *contented sigh*

 

Before the day was through, I was forced to hear and see many more such events that have scarred me for life. As I thought about running out of the studio to hide under my bed and cry it all out, while witnessing the infinite ‘I love yous' and ‘I miss you alreadys' exchanged between Jose and Cyrus, Jose's first words to me echoed in my head, before my head exploded into a thousand pieces:

Jose: So what were you doing here? You dirty person.

Me: (Defensively) I work with MTV now! 

Jose: Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that man. May God be with you.

 

Amen.
