Blogs Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana Posted
October 25, 2012 @ 00:00 am It is daring enough for Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana to release amidst higher budget films like Student of The Year, Son of Sardaar and Jab Tak Hain Jaan, but obviously they have something to offer. We know that the songs of this film are alluring enough;
Here is a list of the songs:
Kikli Kalerdi
Singers: Pinky Maidasani, Yo Yo Honey Singh
Not all of us are free-spirited dancers; hence, to have a song that evokes the dancer in us, from the very beginning, with its unique use of percussions and jovial Punjabi beats is probably the best one could ask for. Besides, doing justice to the tricky lyrics we have Pinky Maidasani taking us to an all new level.
Motorwada
Singers: Tochi Raina
Not our entire Bollywood brand of music caters to the hip jiggers, skippers and dippers. While this song is blended with funky techno music, there are some real meaningful funny lines that make for a good experience.
Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurana
Singers: Shahid Mallya, Harshdeep Kaur
The title song is always the trend-setter, to do the job they hired Shahid and Harshdeep who haven’t disappointed. Together, making good use of Indian percussions like the Dholki and Ghungru, the duo has presented us with something that is more than the typical.
Luni Hasi (Female) and Luni Hasi (Male Version)
Singers: Harshdeep Kaur (Female) and Devender Singh (Male)
Sorry, the female version is any day better than the male version; not to discount Devender Singh’s efforts but the lyrics just sound superior when sung by a woman. Basically, we rather have Harshdeep saying “Tere ute haayee mar java gud khake.”
Makhkhan Malai
Singers: Dilbahar
Be warned, this number is going to haunt you for a longtime; so, if you’re out partying remember to put aside two special dance steps for this number.
Farrukha Baadi
Singers: Labh Janjua
Another cheeky dance number; it begins with the sound of women giggling that moves on to pure Punjabi techno style music that will puppeteer your body on the dance floor.
Theme (Instrumental)
Musician: Tapas Roy
May not be the best Indian Classical piece, but that is for you to decide.
