Blogs Steppin' it Up! Posted
August 06, 2012 @ 00:00 am When the MOB speaks, everyone listens!
From synchronized routines to an exhibition of classy footwork, Step Up Revolution stood by its reputation of producing spectacular performances in ninety minute duration. This chapter of the movie was created with the most kinetic talents from around America and man; did they deliver the best or what?!
It all begins with a troupe of guerilla performers led by Ryan Guzman (Hunk + Dancer = Winning) who are out to win an online contest through their mobs. You will find them in empty parking lots to sophisticated restaurant table tops. The caliber of every choreographed routine is evidence to a well thought out structure and the geniuses behind every move. Like any typical movie the lead falls in love with a girl who happens to be the daughter of a rich hotelier who wants to tear down a Miami strip and build a new hotel.
Problem, problem? Solution!
Create the best flash mob the nation has seen and blow ‘em up!
And that’s what they did. The best part however was the connectivity with its previous movies by the appearances of many dancers from Step Up 1, 2 and 3D
Finally, Step Up Revolution is not a movie you watch for its incredible acting and dialogues but that’s not why we go is it?
