While some of the facts are still being gathered, Lohan has been arrested for hitting a pedestrian while parking a Porsche Cayenne, owned by Karent Sierra of Real Housewives of Miami.

Now wait, I am distracted; a Porsche Cayenne. A Porsche Cayenne! Surely, giving Lindsay Lohan a Porsche Cayenne is like giving a child a chainsaw. Just by the way, a Cayenne has a 500 horse power engine and can cover 60 meters in 4.4 seconds. Someone please buy her a cycle!

However, Lindsay Lohan’s publicist has said, in reference to the incident on Wednesday, that the charge against her will be cleared up soon and, in entirety, it is “much ado about nothing.” Cops said the actress was parking the Cayenne at 1 a.m. in a crowded alley outside the Dream Hotel, when she hit Rodriguez, the victim of negligent driving. Later, Rodriguez was taken to Bellevue Hospital for a knee injury. The pedestrian Jose Rodriguez, a restaurant cook, had alleged that Lohan was slurring and “she smelled like alcohol.”

Lohan was returning from a Slash concert, after chilling with the guitarist backstage, for awhile. Although, one may think, an after-concert-drink might have been the culprit but no; Slash was quick to tweet this morning, in support of the actress, asserting that Lohan was completely sober when she left. Nevertheless, that isn’t enough evidence because he wasn’t with her at the time of the incident.

Afterwards, Lohan entered Dream Downtown, a club adjacent to the Dream Hotel, where she was arrested at 2:30 a.m. While many still think that there was alcohol involved, Lindsay better remember the she is on informal probation till May 2014, for stealing a necklace last year; besides, on that occasion the judge had warned her against breaking anymore laws or else she could be behind bars for up to 245 days. It looks like Lindsay’s year hangs in the balance.
