This Delhi based band is well established. It has also been part of the CWG Youth Festival. This band is complemented by a flute player, which gives them a unique edge.
Formed by a brother-sister duo, this band emits classical Hindustani roots in its music. With a female vocalist and her astonishing voice this band brings a lot to the Indian Rock scene.
This band is from Guwahati, Assam and is the experimental type rock band. Their rendition of some Bollywood tracks are worth listening and also have an interesting story of being thrown out of 7 practice rooms because of complaints from neighbors.
This band from Kohima, Nagaland plays rock fusing with jazz and funk. They are primarily a Christian band. It’s interesting to hear them mix religion in their music.
Nasha is a band based out of Delhi. They formed just a year back and are known for their attitude. The band members share a great chemistry even though they aren’t very strong on the musical front.
Like many rock bands Krishti was formed by a bunch young college boys in the year 2006. The Kolkata based band has a lot of Bangla folk influence blending with bollywood music.
Coming from a small township in West Bengal this band goes through a lot of hardships working as musicians. They are an experimental rock band who is purely focused on making music.
Nasya is a recently formed Delhi based band. This band has a unique blend of jazz and a touch of Hariyanvi vocals. In addition they also have a percussionist onboard which makes them stand out from the others.
A Bhopal based band, Joshish always has a social message to spread. They’ve also played at several concerts for social causes.
