- Bejoy Nambiar is one of Bollywood’s most talented directors the industry has seen in recent times. He is mostly known for his critically acclaimed short films like Rahu and Reflections. He marked his Bollywood debut with the blockbuster Hindi film Shaitan in 2011 for which he received great reviews from critics and fans who welcomed a new trend of movie making.
- After a successful movie like Shaitan, Bejoy Nambiar won the Most Promising Debut Director at the 18th Annual Colors Screen Awards in 2012 for the movie. Nambiar’s movie scripts are not your regular, run of – the – mill stuff with candy floss romance and happy ending. Gul Dharmani is a graduate of the Film & Television Institute of India, Pune.
She worked as Associate Director on The Monsoon Shootout directed by Amit Kumar and produced by Anurag Kashyap Films. The film is in post production.
She also worked as 1st Assistant Director on Anneh Ghode Da Daan directed by Gurvinder Singh and produced by NFDC. The film premiered at Venice Film Festival and win 3 national awards this year. She has just completed a 20 minute short film Friday Night and is working on her first feature film, Girls.
Lijo Jose Pellissery is a filmmaker from Kerala, who has made critically acclaimed, technically notable films like Nayakan(2010) and City of God(2012). Lijo has been instrumental in bringing a phased change in a few (not-so-noticable) departments in Malayalam films. He started as a copywriter with Grey World Wide. He also was an AD with Manoj Pillai of Thinkpot and V.K.P of Trends. Lijo also has his own production house called Illuminato Films. His idea of creativity was to make films his first short film was "Three".
Navzar Eranee is the director of Kamalis' episode in MTV RUSH and is one of the next big things of this generation. He studied at Jamnabhai Narsee and went to H.R College. His dream was always to be a director, looking up to Steven Spielberg for inspiration. He has worked geniuses from Prahlad Kakkar to Mani Ratnam. His first big feature was Shaad Ali's Bunty aur Babli and last was Mani Ratnam's Guru. He has worked on over 60 commercials and his most memorable ad would be his Pepsi commercial with Christina Aguilera and Tarsem Singh.
National award winning filmmaker Aman Sachdeva based out of Mumbai, India with over a 100 hundred commercials and 3 short films to his credit, Aman has worked for all major clients and agencies in the country. He made his first short, Karamaat, based on a short story by a classic hindi-urdu writer, Saadat Hasan Manto in 2007. His first Docu-drama won him the National film Award for Best Motivational Film in 2009.
