1 Indian album of 2008-2009; these and a lot more are indications of a historic feat made in Indian

rock history. The band that takes home all these accolades is none other than Motherjane; with their

underlining message that “music is the finest drug – stay with it” these guys have gone on to define the

term “Indian Rock Music.”

On this day in music, the present line-up of John Thomas, Clyde Rozario, Deepu Sasidharan, Santhosh

Chandran and Vivek Thomas would be proud to have pulled through seventeen years since they first got

together in 1996.
