Buzz TDIM - Music Release of 'David' Posted
January 11, 2013 @ 00:03 am This Day In Music, Marks the Music Album release of the Movie - 'David'
Coming to cinemas on the first of February is another action thriller from the director of Shaitan and Rush. Yes, Bejoy Nambiar is back and still seems to be adamant on showing us stories that have wavered plots that are very much anchored in their relevance to present scenarios. We’ve all seen the trailer of his latest film David that holds promise of being a super hit, but as much as the film’s imagery looks tempting; the soundtracks too seem alluring. The soundtrack of David consists of 15 tracks composed by various artists like, Prashant Pillai and Mikey McCleary, who had worked on Shaitan, and independent bands Bramfatura, Maatibaani and Modern Mafia. One of the tracks would be a new version of the famous traditional Qawwali number "Dama Dam Mast Qalandar". Besides, Tamil film composer Anirudh Ravichander, known for composing viral song "Why This Kolaveri Di", has also contributed one song. In this day in music, the album will be released.
