Rock 'N India, the popular annual music festival organized by DNA Networks at the Palace Grounds in Bangalore, may not be a very old concept but because they’ve managed to unite head bangers under one roof, they deserve a place in this day in music. Unfortunately, in the hope of bringing more audiences to their venue from a different genre, they invited the Backstreet Boys and oops! You know what that resulted in.

Anyway, on this day in music, back in 2009, a day after Valentine’s Day many rockers found love at last. Iron Maiden performed as part of their Somewhere Back In Time World Tour followed by Parikrama, Kryptos, De Profundis and Lauren Harris to name a few.
